The more a system is maintained and looked after, the less likely it is to give trouble or false alarms. Of course we cannot guarantee complete trouble free systems, but we can advise to all our customers to take out a maintenance contract with us after twelve months. The first twelve months of service is covered under our warranty service. After this initial period, there is an annual cost, which we will advise you of in writing. The cost of the contract is subject to the full cost of the system, and whether the system is commercial or residential.
